The First Crib Restaurant in Tanay, Rizal

The First Crib Restaurant in Tanay, Rizal

Candy Crib Restaurant

Candry Crib restaurant is a newly opened restaurant in Tanay

known for its tagline as “The First Candy Crib Restaurant in Tanay, Rizal”

I’m a foodie who seeks new food experiences as a hobby rather than simply eating out of convenience or hunger.

That’s why i love trying newly opened Restaurants to experience new taste with their specialties.

Featured Food

I consider myself as Sisig lover, and this Sizzling Sisig is so delicious that makes me want to go back to this restaurant.

It is tasteful, juicy, and the tenderness of the meat is exquisite. The Spicy Buffalo Wings also taste good.

Subjectively speaking, I’m more into Sisig than Buffalo Wings.

The Ambiance

The Place is a bit small. Nonetheless, the theme of this restaurant is very catchy to eye. The combination of violet and pink makes the ambiance soothing.

The Menu

They typically offers what other restaurants do. They serve Rice Meals, Burgers and Pastas, Finger Foods, Frappes and Beverages. The best thing is they offers Package meals for Barkadas.

Promos

This promos makes Candy Crib Restaurant stand out among others, They offer unlimited meals for only 179 pesos! very budget friendly. They also giving loyalty card to the customers who avail a specific amount of purchase per dine in (6 times). You can have either Frappe or Sisig as freebie! very smart way to make their customers come back to their restaurant. Not because only of the promo itself but the quality of the food also!

Verdict

Overall it’s great! They serve quality food and offers different kinds of meals, very affordable. The location is easy to access and this place is cozy. Their customer service is very good, the staffs are friendly and easy to approach. If you are looking for a restaurant in Tanay, Rizal. I will highly recommend Candy Crib.

CAFE ANTIX: A restaurant review

CAFE ANTIX: A restaurant review

 Written by: Cedie Genova

One of my favorite places in my hometown when I feel stressed out or simply finding a place where I can do my freelance jobs, reading different newspaper updates, and browsing around the net. And one my favorite restaurants here in Cavite City where I used to make take home orders.

I lived here in Cavite City since birth, I had hard times to find a place where I can chill like coffee chops where I used to as tambayan, while doing some project works, blogs, and reading newspaper updates here in my own hometown. I used to go to other places in Metro Manila like BGC in Taguig, other towns of Cavite to go to their coffee shops and restaurants in Tagaytay, Silang and Amadeo, and other provinces like Baguio in Benguet to taste their delicacies and to chill out to different coffee shops near session road.

When my friend Davey Guinto, the owner of Cafe Antix established his coffee shop, I successfully found a perfect place where I can access to a different delicacies catered by Cafe Antix.

THE PLACE

Cafe Antix is located at 5125 P. Burgos St. Cor. Cabuco St. Caridad, Cavite City. There are many antique stuffs inside since its theme is actually antique inspired place, and their name Cafe Antix was derived from a coffee shops full of antiques. Davey’s father Mr. Edwin Guinto is an antique stuff collector.

Here are some photos of the cafe:

Cozy table set inside the cafe. They actually don’t have available seats outside the shop. From the outside, you will think that it has a small space so I was actually surprised that the place was quite roomy.

They have nice depiction of the old television type and other appliances.

This is Pizza Quatro Stagioni each topping of this traditional pizza symbolizes the season in which it used to be harvested in Italy. Artichokes are one of the earliest spring vegetables, olives are picked in summer, autumn is mushroom time, and the finest ham matures in winter. Today these Ingredients are available all year round, and you can have all four seasons on your table on one yummy pizza. This is a pizza good for both veggie and meat lovers. This is just Php 300.00. Good for 4 people.

Cafe Latte at Php 70.00, my choice.

I was supposed to add up pasta in my orders. But since the pizza is already heavy and eat it all by myself (not expecting really that the pizza would really be good that I was even surprised by its affordable rate), I opted not to add up pasta dish because of my KATAKAWAN.

THE MENU

For those who would like to visit Cafe Antix, here is what in their menu:

Pizza Menu. Good for 3-4 persons I recommend their Pizza Quattro Formaggi and Pizza Quattro Stagioni.

Pizza Quattro Formaggi
Hmm, I have nothing to say but this pizza is a must try and it is a 10 out of 10 pizza for its SOBRANG SARAP factor.

Pizza Quattro Stagioni
This is Pizza Quatro Stagioni each topping of this traditional pizza symbolizes the season in which it used to be harvested in Italy. Artichokes are one of the earliest spring vegetables, olives are picked in summer, autumn is mushroom time, and the finest ham matures in winter. Today these Ingredients are available all year round, and you can have all four seasons on your table on one yummy pizza. This is a pizza good for both veggie and meat lovers.

Pasta Menu.

I don’t recommend it for sharing because of its SOBRANG SARAP factor. I recommend their BMT (Bacon Mozzarella Tuna Pasta).

Sandwiches and Burgers. (Good for Sharing), pero kung matakaw ka, you can eat it all by yourself. I recommend their Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich and Triple Bypass on their burgers.

Antix Philly Cheese Steak
100% thinly sliced beef sirloin mixed with caramelized onions, sauteed garlic and mushrooms, topped with premium cheese sauce served in a toasted whole wheat french bread.

The Triple Bypass
3 half-pound juicy beef patties with cheese, 4 strips of bacon, smothered in special cheese sauce on a toasted sesame seed bun.
This is the 1 burger you cannot put down, lest all the layers fall apart.. It adds the sloppy factor to the whole eating experience.
” The journey of a thousand pounds begins with a single burger…” – Chris O’Brien

Hot and Cold Beverages.

I recommend their Caffe Latte, and you can costumize the latte art just request it to the waiter to tell the barista to do your costumized latte art.

Frappes.

I am not a chocolate lover, but if you are a chocolate lover, I’m sure that you want this especially those who loves Ferrero Rocher and Ghirardelli.

THE VERDICT.

To a location here in my hometown which is Cavite City, I give Cafe Antix a grade of 9/10. Perhaps I will grade it a perfect 10 if they extend their business hours to 24/7. The ambiance inside the cafe, friendly staffs, and the food I have nothing to say but they are great. Cafe Antix is a MUST TRY to visit if you’re planning to visit Cavite City.
