Negros Occidental is known as the “Sugarbowl of the Philippines”. It generates more than half of the country’s production as well as exporting it to other countries.  But it offers not just sugar for your sweet tooth but also tourist spots perfect for your summer escapade. Sipalay City’s 44 dive sites composed of coral reefs and sunken ships make it one of the top diving destinations in the Philippines.
