Lack of sleep decreases your productivity, lessens your focus & makes you feel grumpy & sluggish. Also, lack of sleep affects your mental capacity to think. So, the best way to make your day productive is to take a time to relax the night before & try to sleep early.

B. Exercise.

Exercise Regularly

Physical health affects mental health, and so is your productivity. So whether you are working from home or in an office, it is better that you allot even at least 30 minutes of exercise 3 to 4 times a week. Exercise improves your circulation & increases oxygen flow in your body.

C. Keep your workspace neat & clean.

Clean workstation

A workspace that is tidy helps in making your mind focus in your work. Keep your office as neat & organize as possible. After all , your workspace also reflects your personality.

D. Develop a Plan.

Write your plans

Plan your day ahead. In the evening, you can write down what you would want to accomplished the next day. In this way, when you’re there in the office, you already had a clear picture in your “to do” list. Remember to prioritize the hardest things first. In this way, the rest of your workload becomes easier.

Remember, plan without action is just a dream, in the same manner, action without a plan is just going with the flow. So plan & action works hand in hand , they comparatively go together just like pancake with syrup or coffee with bread (toasted please).

E. Stay Focus.

This truth can never be exaggerated. Although multitasking is good & recommendable but focus is better in increasing your productivity. Focus on that one thing until that thing is done is better; this helps tick off that work out of your check list.

F. Surround yourself with people with positive outlook.

People who inspires you helps you emulate them. They encourage you to move forward, to give it another try, to help you pursue your goals & to never give up. As a result, they help you boost your morale & motivation. Most importantly, these people are very willing to help you reach your dreams & goals. And lastly.

G. Pray.

Start with Prayer

First, pray & lift your day with God. Second, commit to Him your day, your plans and ask Him for wisdom & direction. Most importantly , allow Him to be part of your day & goals.

As you do these on a daily basis, you’ll notice that you become productive, subsequently, your goals are met. And if for some reason, you failed; there’s always another day to make things right.

In conclusion, in everything you do, you need to meet that state of balance in your mind and body to be productive. When we learn how to balance your work & personal life goals, eventually, your stress level goes down & as a result, you become more productive.
